So Hudson sends an email out to announce the changes to the PeopleMaps Credit Management system, and unbeknown to him, our email host is having problems with "an overloaded switch".

Perhaps the email switch had been to the pub, perhaps not (Hudson unfortunately wasn't!) but some of you may have received numerous email messages telling you how great we are at listening to customer feedback.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience - we hate when these things happen, as much as you do, and do our best to make sure they don't. We do rely on you to let us know if anything goes wrong.
