Finding jobs is easy; but I bet your ideal job still eludes you

With the threat of recession perhaps jobs will become a bit scarcer. But for now there are plenty of jobs in pretty much every sector. And yet I doubt there are very many people working in their ideal job. I did some research recently and have written a new report on the limitations of using CV based job search. I have been in Sales for 30 years and would like to know where else my skill set could be employed in a less stressful environment
