Are you wrestling with your boss? (not literally in lycra pants). Most of us from time to time have trouble with our boss, where we have been treated unfairly or have suffered due to some inconsideration. These feelings can eat at us and make work an unpleasant place to be.
As an employer I have to say that we quite often get it wrong and make mistakes. We will never admit this of course and usually the mistakes are to do with how the boss handles his or her people. So what's this to do with psychometrics? Well understanding is a two way street. I work with employers and show them how to use psychometrics to understand their staff but it works the other way too. The wonderful thing is (and this is the best bit), with a little understanding of personality, you will find it so much easier to forgive your boss and not Let their mistakes eat you up. Understanding "Self" and "Others" will make life much less painful. You wont take things so personally.
So from your understanding of your own personality profile see if you can figure out your boss in terms of psychological profile. This is a much better area to focus your energies on than the wrong you have been done. There is an ancient saying that goes something like "first seek to understand". I think they were talking about psychometric profiling when they said this.
