Writing a CV and a covering letter can be quite daunting and I have been asked if you should include your personality report in your letter of CV. The answer is that it depends. The important thing is to make sure that your CV and letter are pertinent to the job and not a one size fits all. The more you can demonstrate that you relate to the employers problems, the more they will appreciate your worth. For instance if you believe that the job in question requires a lot of attention to detail, then you should acknowledge this, give your opinion and demonstrate that you are a detailed person. You may refer and quote from your personality report to do this. However if detail isn't a burning issue with the employer then nothing you say regarding this will register with the employer.
