Personality reports usually contain a section on Weaknesses and Strengths. The thought that we may have "weaknesses" can be a bit depressing, even more so when they are put in black and white in front of you. PeopleMaps includes these in some reports to forewarn you of what an employer may be reading about you. CJ Jung however didn't see them as weaknesses, instead he referred to them as "over used strengths" and if you explore yours more closely you will see the strengths that lie underneath them.
It is important that you don't let the word "weaknesses" get you down. There isn't a personality report that doesn't include them, everybody has them. The import thing is to know what an employer may be reading about you and prepare your response in advance. You should also look into them and make them work for you. Look for the hidden "over used strength" that lies beneath.
